Featured Work: THE GENDER PAY GAP IN ALASKA’S NONPROFIT SECTOR
In partnership with the Foraker Group and using the State of Alaska Department of Labor and Workforce Development’s data, UA CED identified how the gender pay gap impacts nonprofit workers. Although they fare slightly better (79 cents for every dollar earned by a man v. 72 cents) than private sector workers, there is much work to be done to close the gender pay gap in Alaska.
