His work emphasizes local autonomy, regional capacity building, and practical pathways to modernizing Alaska’s digital ecosystem. He is currently developing PDA’s first edge facility and participating in the UAA Center for Economic Development’s Upstart Alpha program to refine customer discovery, partnerships, and project strategy.
